Aussieparentvisas.com encourages clients to seek additional guidance or confirmation on any of the published material with the Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). The Preliminary Visa Assessment is a free questionnaire which is completed on the aussieparentvisas.com website. It has been specifically designed to provide you with a preliminary assessment of your ability to satisfy the visa criteria for one of the Parent visas. You should not rely on this result alone as a true indication of your ability to apply for migration. A realistic assessment of your eligibility for migration will be provided to you in writing once you have purchased either the Migration Package or Complete Migration Service.
Upon purchase of a package/service, aussieparentvisas.com will endeavour to have it delivered to you within 24 hours. However, in certain cases this may take longer, depending on the complexity of client information and relevant Australian public holidays. Once the package/service has been prepared, it will be emailed to the account nominated by the client on the visa assessment form. Should you wish to receive all documentation via post; all documentation will be posted via registered post. A surcharge will be payable for posting of documentation.
Aussieparentvisas.com is not part of, nor does it have any link to, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant you a visa of any kind. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to Australia. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).
Clients will be responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our services by using one of our accepted payment methods. When purchasing the Migration Package all fees are due upon initial sign up. When you sign on for the Complete Migration Service, 50% of our fee is payable initially and the final 50% is payable when the visa application is lodged. Prior to lodgement, you will be asked to pay the final 50% of outstanding fees. Visa applications will not be lodged until final fee payment has been received. Please note that our fees do not include other associated costs such as medical examinations and police clearances, translations of documentation etc...
